Ordering Information Place your order online 24 hours a day via our secure online shopping cart. Or, if you prefer, print out the order form and fax it to Precision Door Hardware at 732-968-8372 between 9am-5pm EST. All orders must have a minimum net value of $75.00 Applicable federal, state, and local taxes in connection with the sale of the merchandise are your sole responsibility and are not included in the price. Warranty Information and Return Policy At the time of shipment, our merchandise will conform in all material respects with any written specifications respecting the merchandise set forth in our literature, invoice or packaging. Returns accepted for damaged goods only; transit damage claims must be made directly to the carrier and are not our responsibility. Any warranty claims are to be made to the manufacturer of the product. Any returns accepted by Precision Door Hardware will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping Information Orders are shipped via UPS ground within the continental United States. For international orders, please inquire by calling 1-800-365-5184. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the time your order is received. U.S. shipping charges are as follows:
All orders may arrive in two or more shipments. Before reporting shortages, please check your packing list and/or invoice. If the total number of cartons in a shipment is not received on the first delivery, please wait two days for the carrier to deliver the balance of cartons before reporting a shortage.
